I offer 1-on-1 and small group (under 10 people) sessions. Sessions are typically in-person for local clients, otherwise sessions are hosted virtually and may be recorded.
Course content varies based on the needs of the client, a survey can be shared with participants in advance of the training date(s) to determine the optimal course content.
Session duration typically between 60-90 minutes.
Soft Skills
Training for Success: Key Skills for Leaders and Trainers alike
For groups of up to 20 people. This session covers several topics including efficiently building trust, giving and receiving feedback, asking good questions, and understanding education vs training needs.
It is geared towards people who are managing others, people whose roles involve significant troubleshooting and training of others, and people who interact directly with clients.
Session duration typically between 90-120 minutes.

My expertise spans a variety of industries from Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), to Fashion, Real Estate Management, and the Travel industry, allowing me a better understanding of the diverse challenges business can come face-to-face with.
